🛏️ Am I booking a room or a bed?

You are booking a space in a bed, not a private room.

Most rooms include shared double beds. If you book one space, another guest may book the other.
If you’d like to share with a friend, they must book the second space in that bed — then the bed (and room, if applicable) will be just for the two of you.
Some rooms also have single beds, which can be booked individually.

🍷 Are food and drinks included?

Yes — all meals are included for the duration of your stay.

Unlimited wine and beer are included.
A selection of spirits will be provided, but if you prefer specific brands or types, you’ll need to bring your own or purchase them locally.

💸 What if the trip is cancelled?

If, for any reason, a trip is cancelled by us, your booking is fully refundable. Refunds are processed promptly for peace of mind.

✈️ Are flights or transfers included?

Flights and airport transfers are not included in your package.
Two weeks before each trip, a WhatsApp group chat will go live so everyone can connect, coordinate transfers, or even travel together.
It’s unlikely you’ll travel alone, but if you do, we always choose villas that are no more than one hour from the nearest airport.

🏡 What kind of accommodation will we be staying in?

All Sapphics Abroad trips are hosted in luxury villas and premium accommodation — spacious, stylish, and perfect for both relaxing and celebrating together.

Expect great vibes, good energy, and music flowing through the space.
At the same time, we ask that everyone is respectful of the property and each other.
Any damages caused will be charged to the responsible guest(s).

💕 Who are these trips for?

Sapphics Abroad trips are designed for women and sapphics aged 25+.
Expect a warm, inclusive environment where respect, kindness, and connection come first. Whether you join solo or with a friend, you’ll leave with new bonds and shared memories.

We want everyone to have the best time possible — full of laughter, good vibes, and unforgettable memories. To keep it smooth for everyone, here are a few important reminders:

Respect the villa and each other — treat the space like it’s your own home.
Damages will be charged to the responsible guest(s).
Noise levels: enjoy the music and good energy, but please be mindful of neighbours and quiet hours.
Shared spaces: keep kitchens, lounges, and outdoor areas clean and welcoming for everyone.
Room sharing: remember you’ve booked a space in a bed, not a private room. If you’re sharing with a friend, they must book the other space.
Inclusivity is everything — kindness, respect, and acceptance come first.
